Project Management

A number of the KNC staff have extensive experience in the design and delivery of projects in the field of child protection and out of home care. If an agency has any work, particularly focussed on practice improvement, they can contact us to discuss their needs.

The company has designed, delivered, implemented and evaluated major projects including the casework arm of the Adoption Taskforce (now known as Team 2 Adoption and Permanency Services, Dept. of Communities and Justice- DCJ) and a Guardianship Project for Western Sydney DCJ.
